Teenage struggles (Vol 1)
Hey everyone:) I'm thinking of starting a "series" called -Teenage Struggles-!
I'm going to explain the fact in every post and express my feelings about it !
Our first issue is DEPRESSION.
Well a big majority are suffering from this idiot!
Let's start with what is Depression?!?!Depression is a state of low mood and aversion to activity that can affect a person's thoughts, behavior, feelings and sense of well-being.
What can cause Depression?Feelings of Helplessness Low Self-EsteemBullying
Sadness
Insecurities
- Low Self-Esteem – Being a teenager isn’t easy on the self-esteem. From a changing body to the appearance of pimples, it can seem as if Mother Nature herself is conspiring against you to negatively affect your level of self-confidence. When the self-esteem level drops below a certain point, it’s not uncommon to become depressed.
- Insecurities. We are insecure about everything!Appearance,body,personality etc.
If you have been through from Depression or you are passing this right now I just want you to know that you are perfect!
But please think for a moment about you human being! DAMN! You are unique!
There's no definition of beautiful!And who cares about all those models ?You are unique and way REALLY prettier cause you are yourself!The person who will love will be someone special cause he/she will she your special heart!Cause if you pass through something like this that means that you are STRONG ENOUGH TO GET OVER THIS,AND YOU HAVE SUCH AN AMAZING SENSITIVE HEART!
I had passed this issue and I know how you're feeling!Don't forget that even the most beautiful creatures deals with those issues! YOU'RE NOT ALONE.Just take a moment and look for the people around you!The majority of them doesn't show their real feelings to you cause they are probably afraid,cause we are living in a FUCKED UP SYSTEM.
YOU ARE PERFECT OK?AND I REALLY MEAN IT!
YOU HAVE TO LOVE YOURSELF AND THEM YOU'LL SEE HOW PEOPLE WILL START LOVE YOU TOO!IT REALLY WORKED TO ME!
THROW AWAY THOSE BLADES AND DON'T EVER DO THIS TO YOURSELF!
I LOVE EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU THAT IS READIND NOW THIS SHIT!
I REALLY DO AND I DO CARE FOR YOU!
YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!
